THESE ARE PRESENT FOR TUNING THE DRAW LENGTH OR FOR ADJUSTING THE LETOFF AT FULL DRAW TO MAXIMIZE THE SPEED AND EFFICIENCY OF THE BOW. THE CAMS ARE DESIGNED TO REDUCE STRING TENSION OR STRESS WITH LARGE LOBES AND LARGE RADII, DISTRIBUTING THE PRESSURE ON THE STRING TO A LARGER AREA. THIS MINIMIZES PRESSURE ON THE STRING.
